Llumas is an AI assistant that provides features such as AI chat, research, web-assisted answers, file and PDF assistance, image features, voice interactions, camera-based features, and optional connected services.

• Basic technical, diagnostic, security, and app-usage information required to operate, protect, and improve Llumas.

• Create, authenticate, and manage your Llumas account.
• Process your requests and provide AI-generated answers and app functionality.

• Manage free usage limits and app access.

4. AI, Cloud, and Service Providers

Some information you submit may be processed by third-party technology, cloud infrastructure, authentication, search, and AI service providers when necessary to provide the Llumas feature that you requested.

These providers may process information only as needed for their role in delivering the service and are expected to handle user information with protections appropriate to their services and applicable requirements.

5. Connected Services

Llumas may allow you to connect supported external services. Connecting a service is optional.

When you connect a service, Llumas may access information permitted by the authorization you grant and use that information only as needed to perform the feature or request you initiated.

You may revoke or disconnect supported connected services where those controls are available.

6. Free Access

Llumas is currently available as a free app.

Llumas does not currently offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid features.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate Llumas, provide a feature you requested, process authentication, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Llumas, maintain account functionality, protect the service, resolve disputes, comply with applicable legal obligations, and support legitimate operational requirements.

You can request deletion of your Llumas account and associated saved data using the account deletion option available within the Llumas app.

When an account deletion request is completed, associated user data will be deleted or anonymized as applicable, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate requirements.

9. Your Choices and Permissions

You may choose not to provide optional information or permissions. Some features may not work if the information or permission required for that feature is not provided.

Device permissions such as microphone, camera, photos, or notifications can generally be managed through your device settings.

Where supported, you may disconnect linked services, revoke permissions, or request deletion of your account and associated saved data.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and users should also take appropriate steps to protect their accounts and devices.

Llumas is not intended for children where use would require parental or guardian consent under applicable law unless the required consent has been properly obtained.

Depending on the services used to provide Llumas, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live.

Where applicable, we take reasonable steps intended to ensure that information is handled with appropriate protections.
