Delete your Llumas account

You can request deletion of your Llumas account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email from the email address linked to your Llumas account.
2. Send the email to support@llumas.com.
3. Use the subject Delete my Llumas account.
4. Ask us to delete your Llumas account and associated data.

Request account deletion

Data that will be deleted

• Llumas account profile and account identifiers.
• Chat history and account-linked content stored by Llumas, where applicable.
• Files, images, and other content stored by Llumas and linked to your account, where applicable.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete individual or recent Llumas chats without deleting your Llumas account. Use the delete option available for the chat inside the Llumas app.

You can also request deletion of account-linked data by contacting support@llumas.com. Your Llumas account can remain active when only eligible data is deleted.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations. Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary.
